1. Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Bedrock Properties LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the phone number you provided. These messages may include but are not limited to:

• Maintenance updates and scheduling notifications
• Rent payment reminders and confirmations
• Lease-related communications and notices
• Property announcements and emergency alerts
• General account and tenancy information

2. Consent Is Not Required

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting, leasing, purchasing any property, or receiving any services from Bedrock Properties LLC. You may choose not to opt in and still conduct business with us through other communication channels.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and property management needs. You may receive multiple messages per month. We will not send messages for marketing or promotional purposes unrelated to your tenancy or business relationship with us.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bedrock Properties LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider for receiving text messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Bedrock Properties LLC unless you re-subscribe. 7. Supported Carriers

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information will be used solely for the purposes described in these terms and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share your information with our service providers (such as our property management software provider) solely to facilitate the delivery of text messages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued receipt of text messages after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bedrock Properties LLC shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of any text message, or for any actions taken or not taken in reliance on information contained in a text message. Text messages should not be relied upon as the sole method of communication for time-sensitive or emergency matters.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cumberland County, Maine.
